On April 25, 2026, The Auntie Tillie Foundation hosted an in person Gather and Grow that focused on decluttering your environment and the positive impacts it can have on you. Our presenter, Miriam Ortiz y Pino, went in depth about how to decide what is worth keeping, how to assign value to things, and how to become "unstuck" by making decisions that benefit your overall life and mindset. She also informed the attendees of some systems to put in place to prevent clutter from forming.

Miriam Ortiz y Pino, CPO®, is a Certified Professional Organizer, Simplicity Expert, and Money Breakthrough Business Coach. She is the creator of The Streamlined Solution, where she works with entrepreneurs and other busy, creative individuals to design environments and systems that bring together the control they seek and the freedom they desire.
Through her work, Miriam helps people connect organization, productivity, and money mindset so they can build wealth, work more effectively, and create lives that feel both purposeful and sustainable.
Miriam holds certifications in Workplace Productivity, Residential Organizing, the Courageous Coaching Method, Fire Starter Sessions, Sacred Money Archetypes, and Money Breakthrough Business Coaching. She is a Golden Circle member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and an instructor for NAPO University.

On June 8th, 2024, The Auntie Tillie Foundation hosted their first G&G centered around financial literacy! The presentation was put on by our very own Michael Sanchez! He explored the reasons behind the feeling of being stuck financially, and investigated the strategies that wealthy individuals employ to sustain and increase their wealth.

Michael Sanchez is a devoted Christian, loving father, and dedicated husband, whose passion for real estate investment has propelled him to success. With 22 doors in Albuquerque under his ownership, he's a seasoned full-time investor with a knack for creating multiple streams of income. Beyond his thriving real estate portfolio, Michael is also a coach, leveraging his expertise to mentor others on their investment journey. With a background as a project manager on over $200 million worth of construction projects, he brings invaluable experience to his ventures. Over the last six years, he has diligently pursued financial literacy, learning from esteemed mentors and friends across the country, solidifying his position as a trusted authority in the field.
On March 2, 2024, The Auntie Tillie Foundation put on this event with Vanessa Kuca where she shared her insights on personal and professional growth. On top of being informative and inspiring, this event was also a networking opportunity to connect with other individuals and cultivate success.

Vanessa Martell Kuca has over two decades of dedicated service within our nation's Nuclear Security Enterprise, working for the National Laboratories to safeguard our country's security programs. Born to Salvadoran immigrants in San Francisco, CA, Vanessa was raised in Northern California's East Bay before relocating to Albuquerque in 2005 to join Sandia National Laboratories. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance from Carnegie Mellon University. Alongside her husband Michal, Vanessa has cultivated a real estate portfolio comprising 86 units, all contributing to the revitalization of Albuquerque's distressed properties, ensuring clean, safe, and well-maintained homes for residents. Her passion extends to recognizing the pivotal role of national laboratories in safeguarding our nation's security amidst a dynamic global landscape. As a wife, mother, and daughter, Vanessa's mission is ensuring harmony (balance and sometimes integration) across personal and professional pursuits
